ABOUT ME: I am Christian and I humbly thank God for his creations and for His gift to me of creativity! There is no greater designer, artist or architect than God Himself! I feel truly blessed to be able to capture His creations either with a camera, or a brush! I love being an artist and a fine art photographer. I've done a few weddings, but don't like the stress; shot the cover of a medical magazine for a couple years; now I'm on the photo ministry for my church, belong to a photo group, and shoot mostly for the 'art' of photography. I was blessed with a beginning in PA, almost ten years on the island of Maui in Hawaii, and I currently live in Albuquerque, NM.
MY TECHNIQUE: I usually use the 'Hyperfocal' focusing technique when shooting and edit for High Definition - sometimes with a minor adjustment and sometimes pushed much harder.
MY GEAR: I use both the Canon 5D Mark II with a full frame sensor, and the Canon 7D with the cropped frame sensor. I use 6 or 8 lenses - both Canon and Tamron.
PURCHASING IMAGES:
You can order directly from me. I print on a variety of media on a large format professional printer, making certain that my prints are exactly the way I want them to be! I print on a variety of professional media, from canvas, to satin lusters, to metallic, to pro mattes and other speciality archival papers.
You can also purchase from Parchments, the book store at Calvary of Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd, Albuquerque, NM, which offers prints, framed images and note cards of the images from the Holy Land and soon, the Journeys of Paul excursions.
